In 2003, A & P was established as a local wine trading business but also a supplier of electrical appliances to hotels and hostel housing. For better business development, it later changed its name to A & P Electronic Trading Company Limited and began importing and trading some of the world-known brands of electrical products.

In 2009, A & P became the distributor for the "VIVANT" brand selling wine cellars for Hong Kong and Macau region. It also provided and designed refrigeration products and services to hotels, restaurants, and wine bars under another brands, "Bacchus" and "Winot". Since 2011, VIVANT has continuously won the Fortress Best Sales Award in the wine cellar category for thirteen consecutive years.

In 2014, A & P expanded its business by adopting the distribution rights of the Swedish brand "Dometic". The company gradually introduced home appliances from Dometic such as fridge, freezer, dehumidifier, and air conditioner products. Dometic was awarded the Fortress Best Sales Award in the mobile air conditioner category from 2017 to 2023.
