to our technician for verification while service is needed. Otherwise we would
change for the inspection and repair service.

Thank
you very much for the purchase of DOMETIC product. This is to certify that the
DOMETIC product is free of congenital defects in materials and workmanship. We
offer the end-user free service and parts in accordance with the following
terms and conditions.
1)
We will not recognize any guarantee certificate other than this.
2)
The product is for household use only. The warranty will become null and void
if our technician certified (i) it has been explicitly or implicitly modified,
tampered with or altered or repaired in any way by persons other than our
technicians, or (ii) it has been damaged through misuse, negligence, accident,
incorrect installation or operated in a sealed environment, or natural
calamities, or (iii) it has become malfunction as caused by power interruption
or abnormal voltage input, or (iv) the serial number of which has been altered,
effaced or removed.
3)
This guarantee certificate does not cover following scopes: (i) painting or
polishing for the scratch parts or cabinet, (ii) clean-up, removing ice blocks
or drainage service (if applicable), (iii) replacing workable but aged parts,
(iv) cabinet and accessories, like (if applicable), remote control filters,
hoses, foot or caster, gasket, power cord and plug, glass shelf, shelves, ice
tray, crisper, plastic rack, bulb, container, etc.
4)
The warranty becomes effective from the day of delivery. The date of delivery
is the printed delivery date shown on the invoice / delivery note / receipt
original copies.
5)
Within the warranty period, if there is any defect or malfunction caused under
normal use, we will provide free-of-charge service of inspecting, repairing,
and replacing parts. Any defective parts replaced, shall become our property.
6)
Warranty period of different product categories are listed as below:

* The extra warranty for
compressor is for the compressor parts only.
It does not cover other expenses, e.g., fee for other parts, labor and cost
for refrigerant refill, and transport costs of the product to/from our repair
service workshop.
7)
We and the manufacturer shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or
damage to any person or property, howsoever caused arising from the use, or any
breakdown and/or failure of the product. In no circumstance shall our
liabilities exceed the amount that the customer paid for the product.
8)
(i) For service on Macau or the Hong Kong outlying islands (not including Tung
Chung Town Centre) or remote area, a Macau or an outlying island or remote area
traffic and service surcharge will be levied and it also takes a longer time
for the arrangement. If the product is required to be repaired in our workshop,
customer is responsible for the transportation of the unit to and from our
repair service workshop. (ii) For service at restricted area, or on board, or
at location which vehicle cannot reach, customer is responsible for the
transportation of the unit to and from our repair service workshop.
9)
The customer shall empty the product, provide a safety environment and
facilitate the service technician to reach to the product whenever maintenance
is required at site. All installations and decoration items removed during
maintenance shall be restored by the customer.
10)
As we do not know the using conditions of the initial users, all warranty will
become nell and void once the product has been transferred to a second-hand
owner even if there is outstanding warranty period. This warranty card is not
transferable.
11)
For the site non-accessible by lift or elevator, we will charge for the
additional lifting up/down costs if product must be returned to our service
workshop for maintenance.
12)
The terms and conditions of the Guarantee Certificate are subject to change
without notice.
13)
The Chinese version shall prevail if there is any discrepancy between the
Chinese and the English version.
14)
Should there be disputes, we reserves the right to the final decision.
